Bellagio Las Vegas

Condé Nast Traveller’s gold list and that was my main reason for selecting it as my last Las Vegas hotel. I arrived in the hotel and as expected I had to wait in a Queue for check in. After 10 minutes wait I could finally check in which went very quickly and I was on the way to my room. I stayed in a Bellagio King Room and it was very nice. Great design, bed and bathroom, but no flatscreen Tv, which really is a must in 2011. The internet is complimentary after you’ve paid the resort fee of 22 dollars. The internet was fast and effective throughout my stay.

What makes Bellagio a great hotel is the property itself and all it’s activities. The property is beautifully build and there is a lot of things going on, but for a luxurious traveller and for the experience itself it’s nothing special. The most important thing in a hotel is always the service and with 6.000 guests you won’t be treated special in any way. The staff is trained to help you out, but that is about it.

Overall a real Las Vegas experience. If you don’t need personalized service and are only in Las Vegas to stay in a luxury hotel and enjoy the city this can be a good choice.
