Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City

Many people judge hotels by its brand, but there are properties where you have to be careful. Crowne Plaza is one of them. In my opinion, it’s a little similar to Westin. A lot of average properties, but with a few great hotels. Crowne Plaza in Dubai Festival City is one of the great ones. I selected the hotel for my project based on a site inspection and excellent Tripadvisor reviews. Furthermore, some people have told me they prefer it to the InterContinental next door, so I was excited to see how good a Crowne Plaza could be.

I arrived at the hotel where they upgraded me to a suite because of my Priority Club Platinum status. The suite was great and had two flatscreen Tv’s, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The high-speed internet is chargeable, but not overpriced and worked perfectly. The room also had tasty chocolates and flowers from the housekeeping manager.

The service is very good and similar to InterContinental next door. The facilities is very good with a pool, gym and saunas. Like a 5 star should be. Overall a hotel that has to be one of the best Crowne Plaza’s in the world and is highly recommended.
