My first impressions were very positive, and it became even better when I saw arrived in my room. A Four Seasons Executive Suite. I loved everything about it except the view. A view of IKEA. That is what people really hate about the hotel, the view, but there is really nothing they can do about it now. Everything else in this hotel is great so please just put the curtains on and enjoy your stay. That’s what I did, and I both had lunch and dinner in the hotel. It was very good, especially the service in the restaurant was very attentive as expected in a Four Seasons hotel. The spa is really nice, and the people there was so caring and attentive. The service in this hotel exceeded my expectations, and it was better than in Westlake Village which was my previous Four Seasons hotel.
I really enjoyed my experience, and I also liked the size. 200 rooms is an acceptable size for a Four Seasons, and I would like to return to this hotel in the future. The overall experience was around the same as in Rosewood 5 miles away. It’s two very different hotels so it all depends on your personal preference. I’m a hotel passionist so I really can’t decide a winner, you will have to try both to find the answer yourself.
My opinion: Great experience.
