What I loved about this property: The central Stonetown location is perfect for exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site-city on foot. The staff are friendly and the rooms are probably the nicest in Stonetown.

What else to note: The complimentary internet is fast. There is no elevator, only stairs. My advice is to stay here a night, when in Zanzibar to explore Stonetown, but spend the rest of the time at a beach resort.

Arrival experience: Quick, escorted directly to the room, offered a glass of juice as a welcome drink.
