If you have followed my blog you would know I prefer small hotels and that also gives this hotel a big advantage compared to InterContinental with 400 rooms. The check in was very good with a very friendly receptionist and I was soon on my way to a junior suite with a great design. The design was very nice and homely and the bathroom had great products called Eco&Boutique. I had never seen these products anywhere before and it was nice to try something new. The room also had a personal note from the general manager and everything was set to a good stay.
Mamaison Hotel Le Regina is also recommended by Condé Nast Johanssen and it did have a good feel to it. It felt small and homely, but with the services you find in Mamaison’s hotels. The facilities was very nice with a small, but good gym. The indoor swimming pool was great and beautiful simple designed. The most important thing in a hotel is the service and Le Regina had good service, but the English level could surely be improved. Don’t expect too much luxury on your trip to Warsaw, it’s not a great hotel city, but Mamaison and InterContinental is the best hotels and your choice with depend on your personal taste. The breakfast was good and that was the end of my experience here. A very good one and recommended as the best place to stay in the capital of Poland.
My opinion: Good+ experience.
