Mandarin Oriental Prague
This is the second smallest Mandarin Oriental in the world and they only have a few numbers of suites so I stayed in a Terrace Room and it was very good, but nothing special. It had the same look as in Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas and Boston. It’s the new modern style of Mandarin Oriental hotels which I quite like. Four Seasons use the same bed in all their hotels world wide and I wish Mandarin Oriental would do the same. Some beds is very comfortable, while others is a little hard. The facilities in was great. Gym is very good and located in the main building, but the spa is located in a separate building and is chargeable for use of the facilities. It’s a great place to relax, but since the hotel is small I don’t think it makes much sense to charge for it. Internet is chargeable as well, but was fast though my stay. The most important thing in a hotel is the service and Mandarin Oriental delivered the highest level of service and that what makes it a truly great experience. It’s highly recommended as the best place to stay in Prague, but it depends on your budget. It’s a very costly affair to stay here and you can find many cheaper hotels in Prague close to this level. But if only the best can do…
My opinion: Great+ experience.
