Sofitel Athens Airport

Introduction: Sofitel Athens Airport is a 5-star that proves airport hotels can be great experiences. Facilities, rooms and service comparable to a 5-star and I was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is probably the only airport hotel to have Hermés products in the bathroom.

Arrival experience: Unfortunately long wait for check in as a group had a cancelled flight. It can happen.

What I loved: The service. Truly great airport hotel with professional service comparable to a great business hotel.

What about the food: Great breakfast and snacks at the small executive club which I really liked.

Number of rooms: 345 rooms.
