Arrival experience: Friendly welcome with a drink offered before being escorted to the room.
What I loved: The beautiful local design, the friendly Kenyan staff and the fact that they make a big difference for huminitarian work.
What about the food: Pretty good lunch and dinner at their Italian restaurant. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I had to leave at 5 AM for the airport.
Number of rooms: 148.
Type of property: City hotel.
Facilities: Swimming pool, fitness center, business facilities and a spa.
Complimentary internet: Yes, but could and should be faster.
My overall impression: Great experience.
