As soon as I arrived at the airport, I saw my name, and they escorted me to the Rolls Royce. It was the best hotel car I’ve been in, and it was nice to arrive in style. I stayed here while they were fully booked and no upgrade was available, but the Deluxe Room I stayed in was quite nice. It had a comfortable bed and flatscreen Tv, but besides that it’s not room to get excited about.
What makes The Peninsula Hong Kong special is the history, building, service, facilities and their afternoon tea. Their afternoon tea is famous and popular that people are standing in a queue to experience it. I liked the Afternoon Tea experience, but my favourite is still The Oriental in Bangkok. I said the facilities is special, well; I love the swimming pool. It’s indoor but with fresh air from outside where you can relax in the sun after your swim. The gym is top class and so is the service there.
Overall this world famous hotel did not disappoint. It’s not one of my personal favourites, but it’s a world class hotel and something to try at least once in your life.
My opinion: Great+ experience.
